We are currently looking highly accomplished Senior Business Analyst with Technical expertise, knowledge of the banking, finance domains with agile mindset to make a transformative impact on our clients' businesses. As a Senior Business Analyst with Tech Background, you will play a critical role in transformative initiatives across banking and financial services division. This role demands a strategic thinker with deep technical proficiency and business insight to lead complex regulatory, financial and data integration initiatives .This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise and business insight, serving as a bridge between IT teams and business stakeholders, driving solutions that enhance regulatory, financial, and data integration efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise business analyst with technical knowledge in Oracle, PL/SQL, ERP (eg.PeopleSoft) and Azure Cloud Technologies, along with a proven track record of delivering high-impact solutions across global financial institutions

Key Skills:

• Strong domain knowledge in Finance, Regulatory Reporting, Risk & Compliance and Investment Banking
• Expertise in Oracle ,ETL, DWH, PL/SQL
• Experience with Azure Cloud , Azure Databrics and Scala is plus
• Experience with Scheduling tools like Airflow, Control-M and Test Management like Squash
• Knowledge of Reporting applications such as Power BI and Qlik are a plus

Additional Skills:

Knowledge of Gen AI, ERP PeopleSoft Financials and Reporting

Lead end-to-end business analysis for financial data integration, regulatory reporting and system enhancements

Collaborate with stakeholders across business divisions to gather, prioritize and document requirements

Able to do functional and technical design, testing and post-implementation support
